Working closely with the Portland-based team, I took the reins in the middle of a rebrand project that was failing to meet expectations. We began with an audit of all Strada’s existing and recently redesigned materials; interviews with staff, team members and clients; and an competitive analysis. Brand and messaging standards were established. With a solid foundation in place, we adjusted Strada’s messaging, look and feel, and launched a website that speaks to their target market and is in alignment with where the business is headed.
